Engine Upgrade

I recently found a guy who was parting out an old Bayliner and he had a nicely running V8 Volvo for sale. He said that it would fit on my 270 outdrive. He was also willing to sell it to me for $800. I have a 19 ft open bow Bayliner Capri with a V4 Volvo in it. Should I consider his offer (since my engine is underpowered for my boat)??

While that motor will in fact work with a 270 outdrive,......

It Won't work with Your outdrive........
