Engine weights?

Does anyone know the weight of a 1978 140 Johnson and a 1994 Yamaha 175 I would like to trade them out but not if the weight will be an issue. Thanks for any help.GuyR

The 140 comes in at about 315-320#. The 175 Yamaha is 390#....What is the boat rated for??
