engine what year is it.

Hello all.
I have an 1150 merc. The serial number is 7010844. It is a 6 cyl and has 115 hp. Can anyone tell me what year it is.

I also have a 115 HP Merc outboard serial #7087708. Can anyone tell me what year this motor is. As well, I have some water escaping out of the right upper exhaust port . How invloved might his be to repair? Just a gasket or more serious? Help is much appreciated as I am a novice. Thanks
