I had to replace the oil lines on my oil system because they broke in my hands. When I had the oil jug hooked up and the alarm wires reconnected I turned on the switch to see if the alarm sounded, no alarm, not even when I pushed the test button. I then then tried to bump the starter, no hit. I even moved the throttle around to see if it would hit, nothing. I even checked the kill switch on the control panel.

I checked and I have voltage up to the engine. Where do I start looking??

It would help to know what motor. Meanwhile look for a 20 amp fuse under the cowling.

Re: Engine won't crank-Has power

The engine is a 1987 90 HP, I meant to put that in, Sorry. I might add that I pushed the starter switch in and I could hear the enricher valve click.

Thanks for your help.

First check the yellow/red on the solinoid with the switch in the start position for voltage, if it has check the output side for voltage and if it has it there then starter need repair
