thinking of buying a boat. it has a mercury 402/ 40 hp engine. the serial # is 4365178. what year could this be. also the boat only has hurst on the side. it is a 15ft bass boat. who makes this boat. thinking maybe early 80s.

thanks eric the only markings on the boat are hurst on the side. and coast guard label on instrament panel. says it was made in florida
