I know you probably didn't want to clutter us up with a lot of text and pictures but it's
pretty hard to tell anything from that picture.
A model number would at least tell the brand and year.

It's a "62" fishing scott mfg. by McCulloch. I found it in the trash. You should see what it looks like now, all cleand up, the pull start was broken. will have pic's soon.

Probably would have been easier to figure out with all the info.
While decent motors,they are a pain to work on as some of the low profiles are.
