Envinrude 4 HP 4606 Throttle Conversion?

I have a great little 4 HP 4606M Envinrude that I just acquired.

This is probably going to sound very strange and I would imagine not possible, but I'm going to ask anyway as I hardly know anything outboards.

Is there a way to convert a motor that does not have a throttle control on the tiller handle to a handle that can control the throttle?

Do they make any kits for this or is there any other way to accomplish this?

No kit, koch.

It could be done, but you would have to engineer the conversion yourself and I doubt that it would be worth the trouble.
