Has anyone tried this product. My bass boat has lost its luster and according to interlux you can use this product for gelcoat repair.

Re: Epiglass epoxy resin

You can use epoxy for repairing physically damaged (gouges, holes, etc) fiberglass and/or gelcoat, but that doesn't sound like your problem.

It sounds like your boat needs a good cleaning with a rubbing compound and then polishing. Many products to choose from. 3M's products are good. You can do a search for "buffing" or "restoring" gelcoat.

If you can post a picture, you will get more recommendations than you'll know what to do with.
