I was wondering if I wanted to change my 14 1/2 x 19p 3-blade prop to a 4-blade, what would be the equivelant. (size and pitch) And what would be the pros of doing such? I hear 4 blades are better than three.

It depends on what you want to accomplish.Generally you drop one inch in pitch when going to a 4 bld.Usually a 4 bld will improve hole shot and ability to stay on plane at lower power. It may reduce top end slightly. Why not tell us your present details max rpm and speed hole shot typical load and activities, any problems boat, motor etc. There are lots of folks here that can make suggestions that may not even include a prop.
When going to a different brand, material and design results may vary.
