Eska 15hp - Manual Starter Gear Broken

OK, need help again. Mine is a 1984-ish Eska 15hp, model #14211. It has the Tecumseh motor. The gear on the starter recoil that engages the flywheel is losing teeth and needs to be replaced. This motor runs great but now can't start it.

There are still a lot of parts available for this motor but, alas, apparently not this one .

Any thoughts as to where I could find one?

I use a 1982 sears no. Model #217586351 for the eska 15hp could this be your motor? most of the 80ish 9.9 & 15hp used most of the same parts. there was a couple different motor no. 383 & 382d I don't know the dif,
I will keep my eye out for the part if you can tell me if its like the sears model or not.
