eska 4hp 1962 pathfinder air or liquid cooled?

Model#400, serial#1079,if liquid cooled where is the impeller? don't see how it could be in the lower unit unless it's up in the top area.The motor has fins all over so i thought it was air cooled but i was told it has an impeller

I don't anything about your motor but I think most or all Eska's are air cooled.
Air cooled motors have impellers to cool the exhaust.
The impeller is in the lower unit. The housing for the impeller is sitting at the bottom of the drive shaft. Unbolt or unscrew the cover and you will see it.
