This outboard motor is model 14209-C, I went to a marine dealer and they were stumped as to where I could find a kit. I went to a small engine repair shop and their micro-film jumps over the carburater number(632120),so now I'm kind of stuck. There is no number on the pull start cover to refer to. the carb has the number 768 stamped on it. There is a tag on the reed plate cover that says Tecumseh 640-19D and there's a number 5009. didn't really feel like this would be a big deal.

That number stamped on the carb (768) is the way Tillotsen numbers thier carbs. They allways have a "7xx" number. So you may luck-out using a carb kit for a simular HP Force,Chrysler,or other. If it were mine, I'd take the carb with me to a boneyard, and try to match it up with something close. It will give you other avenues as far as locating gaskets under a different label.
Or you can see if that small engine shop has a book on Tillotsen carbs, and if so, a "768". Then, bingo.
Just my 2 cents.
