Just inherited an eska gamefisher, unsure of year, 7.5 HP with the built in gas tank from my uncle. He unfortunately likes to tinker, but isn't very good at it. He was having trouble with idle, so he took the carb apart to clean it, and apparently did not put it back together properly. I'm looking for a repair manual or a well labeled diagram of the carb so I can put it back together properly. Does anybody have a link to one, or willing to share theirs by emailing a page from the manual? Thanks!

Re: Eska Gamefisher 7.5 carb issues

Just looked for more markings to be more useful, The base tag lists it as a JC Penney model 0903, and the Tecumseh stamp on the motor reads:

640-18
Tecumseh
8046

Thanks for any help!

From:
http://home.earthlink.net/~brixent/JCPenneyModels.htm
The Model# 0903 is a 1978 7.5TG

If you could determine the year made, you could get the Sears model number here:
http://home.earthlink.net/~brixent/Model217585870-586351.htm
http://home.earthlink.net/~brixent/Model21759980-585861.htm

I get that you may have a Sears Model#:
217.585830

You can get other drawings by Going to:

Type in the above Model numbers at this page and the next page.

If you truncate some of the last digits you can look at other model #.
