I just purchased an 82 Eska 15hp outboard. I replaced a few carb gaskets, and spark plugs. It will start on 3 or 4 pulls (if choked) and runs for 5 seconds like it is full throttle. It then dies. One time I got it to run longer by constantly pumping the fuel line bulb. When I stopped it died. But that method has only worked once so far. does anyone have any ideas on what this might be?
