This EST ignition system came with my new engine and I am totally lost. Does anyone know, first of all, where I could get a wiring diagram so I can "hook it up" and then, where I can get a good description/discussion of the system?
Can't find much on the internet. Thanks....

Did you check with whoever you bought the engine from? Maybe they have a manual or information.
One manual on an EST doesn't give you all the information for EVERY engine out there.
The only info you have given is EST...................

They are diagnosing an automotive ECM on that link. How is that supposed to help you?

Nice view of how it works, which is really what I had in mind. And in the meantime I found on page 4E-4, of something that I can't find now, a very good wiring diagram. So I am all set. EST should be a great way to go. Do you want a copy of the wiring diagram of the system?
