Ethanol phase separation

I'm in north florida and get out on the water at least every other weekend, often more. How worried should I be about phase separation? The tank is only 15 gallons and I try and burn as much as possible each time out. Should I be refilling on the way home? I use startron or stabil every fill up. I recently read the top secret thread and most of the worry seemed to be targeted towards those who store their boats over winter. Like I said I run mine year round. Thanks for any advice, I've been told to stay away from any fuel additive that contains alcohol.

Burning up and using fuel weekly will not cause and problems. You will be fine.
