Ethanol, water and aftermarket fuel filters

Knowing how ethanol absorbs water and reeks general havoc on chainsaws and old trucks, is there things two stroke marine guys are doing as prevention? What about a Rocor in-line fuel filter in addition to the one on the motor?

Anything would be much appreciated

the only inline filter you really need is the water/fuel separator.

as far as ethanol i try to find stores that dont use it............but havent noticed a lot of difference when i have to use it ............besides less fuel mileage.

racor is one of the best, 10 micron water/ fuel separator. and using alcohol resistant fuel lines.
