So, I just ordered a roll of the gray teak with the black “grout”. Should be here this weekend or early next week. It’s the self-adhesive stuff so I’m guessing it’s pretty straight forward; cut it to fit. Has anyone tried the stuff? Love to have SeaDeck but that’s quite out of the budget. Any tips?
I plan to make templates and then cut it in the garage. I’ve heard it’s best to let it settle out of the roll shape it’s coming in. Thinking about using Black 4200 around the outside edges to both help avoid curling and give it a more custom look. Does that make sense?
I’ll try to take some pics of the process and at the very least the finished product. Wish me luck.
