Eveinrude Yatchtwin 3 HP

I have aquiered a Evinrude Yatchtwn 3 HP Serial No 3832A C561160. Would anyone possibly know when this model was produced and is it possible to fine the year from the serial no . Also it has to knobs on the front Speed with numbers 1,3,5,7 and another the Lean and Rich.I presume the first one is the thottle control; once in gear.
Is it sstill possible to obtain a manual for this model. I live in Malta but frequently travel to UK.

A 3832 is a 1968.
It is always in gear.
Heavy on the oil on this one. It doesn't have a full set of roller bearings, so I'd go 24:1

A quick Google search reveals that this motor is a 1968.

From what I have been reading, most people have luck getting manuals right from the source at www.kencook.com.
