evinrude 10 hp needs a birthyear

I just purchased a 10 hp evinrude s# 10302D-E05842. I was told to go to Dock Talk to find a engine year reference guide but am having no luck.I am just computer dumb i guess, can anyone help me find the year too my new motor? And the correct fuel oil mix? Thank you , Bryan
