My 2002 150 Evinrude has a pretty substantial fuel leak out of 1 of the carbs. It's actually spilling out of the high speed tube connected to the float bowl. So far I have:
1. Checked and replaced the float, needle and seat, carb gaskets.
2. Adjusted the float level down approx. 1/8" Below specs
3. Made sure the float bowl is sealing against the gasket at the base of the
high speed tube
I also noticed that this particular carb is the only one of the six that has a vacuum hose going to the fitting at the base of the carb. The other five have the fitting but nothing is connected to them. This is a fairly new motor to me, so maybe the former owner mis-routed a hose. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
