Are you saying it jumps out of gear with a clunk
like it slips and grabs? If so you may have a worn clutch dog in the gear case.(Near the propeller)This ingages the forward or reverse gear when you select it.
When worn you get that clunk when it jumps in
and out.Are there no dealers over there? You really need to try to get a manual. They are at the
top of this page or amazon.com,www.kencook.com.
We have them in the library over here.
ebay has them as well.Shipping may be a problem with them all.Why do you think you need reeds?
If you have a bad reed you may have to replace the hole reed block.
Good luck.

steelesspike thanks for reply.
Gear is NOT jumping out. Clutch is allright. It somewhere between electrics and carburator. First I thought it a simple mechanical problem which creates the hammering bang. But it is not periodically, not a same frequence. I have original service manual but that brings me not out of the corner I´m at the moment. I thought if the reeds7leaf are worn the gas filling is done in the wrong moment which could create expansion in the downwards move?!? I´m not shure whether that is the right track I´m on. If it´s a shortage in the electric it is also not permanent. There is not meassurable frequence when the hard hit comes. But it is that strong that prop pin cracks! Wasn´t that funny somewhere in the middle of a huge Swedish lake belife me!!!
Advices?
Florian

Hi Florian.

If I may, I'd like to ask a couple questions.

Have you done a compression test on the engine? How does it idle, good, fair or poor? If you have had the lower unit off, when it was put back together, was the shift rod link aligned with the shift rod grooves when the screw was put back in? I'm not sure I would believe the reeds are damaged. If they were that bad, the engine probably would not run. If the engine does idle, look for blowback from the carb. If you do have a broken or cracked reed, you will notice fuel/oil mix laying in the front of the lower pan. The compression test is to determine, to some degree, that there is no internal damage to the cylinders such as broken rings that may be stuck in the head. This could cause any fresh fuel entering the cylinder to fire at the wrong time. It may not happen on every stroke of the piston. Hope we have added some good info. Keep us posted. Thanks and Good Luck!!

OutboardJim, thanks for help. I haven´t checked compression - that is the next thing I have to do. Lower part was not taken in parts so far. I tried to determine "lower pan" Could You please detail that. I think if it is a broken piston ring the mechanic would have collapsed till now. I´m jumping between electric and reeds. But I´ll check compression first.
Thanks again for help:))
Florian

Is there a chance the plug wires are shorting to one another so spark is going to the wrong cylinder sometimes.
