Evinrude 1987 120 VRO / Water Sepatator

I am disconnecting the oil side of the pump and plugging up the <br />connection and disconnecting the alarm sensors.<br />What I need to know is can I still use my inline water separator <br />when going to a 50:1 mixture. <br />Thanks
