I have a question my Evinrude 20 hp motor is running to rich as you can can smell it after you shut it off after a long run and the plugs are starting to file. I have the big needle valve in the top front of the carb. I was told to turn the needle valve out to the left but I was just looking at the kicker 9.9 johnson and on the front there is the needle valve adjustment and turning the valve to the left richens the motor not leaning the motor. Which way should I turn the needle valve
