evinrude 2000 ficht trim problem

Hey All<br /><br />I have a 2000 model 200 hp Evinrude Ficht.<br />The trim slowly bleeds down while running <br />(heck even while sitting)<br /><br />I'm NOT loosing fluid but I can "hear" the fluid draining back into the resevoir.<br /><br />I've tightened the manual release...no luck<br /><br />HEEEEELLLLLLPPP
