It will not attempt to start at all.I have tried every thing you guys have suggested, Pulled the flywheel pulled the carb, checked all wires and lines. I have shot a little starting fluid into the plug holes, it will not fire it. I am at my wits end, if you have fire and fuel something should happen?? Any thing or suggestion greatly appreciated. Thanks guys

Is the flywheel key sheared? Once it shears, the flywheel gets out of time with the crank. Backfiring is a symptom.

What about the orange coil wires is the one with the blue stripe on the top coil.

You need to throw a timing light on it. It does this when the timing is off. Could be faulty (or stuck) timing sensor.

Answering questions clearly is the path forward.----Did you remove the flywheel to inspect the key ?--------How long have you owned this motor ?------When did it last run properly for you ?-----What happened ?

motor was running fine a month ago, whatever happened was right here in the yard, it just quit running. I pulled the flywheel, key was fine. This is a 2 cylinder.

2 cylinder. I have had this motor for years, never had any problem. It sat up for a couple months. It started right up then went dead. So I think the problem has to be the timing sensor??

There are maybe a dozen models. You could figure out what motor you have and just replace the sensor for $30 or so. You don't seem to make much progress posting, maybe not your cup of tea. A shop could take a look at it for an hours charge, and tell you what the fix will cost.
