Picked up a 1995 evinrude 2 cylinder 2 stroke 30 hp. The port on the water jacket cover needs help. Previous owner silicone a tube over this brass port but didn't hold. It's only sticking out about 4 mm (.16"). The jacket cover bolts more than likely will break if I try to remove it. (Try to tap the brass port internally and thread some kind of nipple into there for the hose to go on? ) thanks in advance. Pictures make it look worse than it is.
