hi. i have a evinrude 35hp 97 3syl. and i cant get any rmp on the engine. and with the trottle at fullspeed, the engine wont give med full power.
it looks like its going on half speed and rpm. when the trottle is at max.
changed the sparkplugs, fuelfilter. all sparkplugs are working.
