Guys,<br /> I am new to this site and it's great to see so much shared information therefore I hope someone can help me.<br />I am rebuilding a 3hp evinrude(did not run due to low compression, broken ring on 1 cyclinder and stuck ring on other cylinder.<br /><br />I would like to know what year the motor is.<br />It is a 3HP Evinrude Lightwin serial number 3602E E07417. This is an Australian Motor.<br /><br />Also with the rings is there any difference between the top ring and the other ring. I could see no difference between the rings on the piston that didn't have the broken ring.<br /><br />Thanks in advance<br />MJB55
