Im not quite sure what you're asking about the throttle handle, but yes there should be an inline fuse for your starter on the engine. What are the problems? Any more info?
My first problem is I took off chock solinoid to find a leak then the motor would not turn over after re-installing. Nothing from key. I can jump starter solinoid and crank it. But not from key All fuses I can see are good.Is there a medchanical lock out?Robby in Spokane
