I have a 1974 Evinrude "Triumph" 65hp 3 cylinder looper. The engine is in perfect condition having less that 200 hours total time. Compressions are all good. Engine is correctly propped and I am getting correct WOT and 5500rpm. I wonder it it possible to get a little more power out of this motor? Can it be converted to a 70hp by changing the carbs, inlet manifold or timing maybe?

Any ideas?
