Evinrude 6HP gears needed

I have an old Evinrude (ser. no J0003297) (Model 6504R) that needs a set of gears. Does anyone know of a source for a set - even a used set - that I can get cheap?<br />Thanks

Try an outboard salvage yard. these gears are still available new from OMC/Bombardier... what gears do you need? I can get you p/n and prices of new ones no old ones here.. GOOD LUCK finding them CHEAP usually dont find it that way..<br /><br />Allan
