Evinrude 70hp vro 1993 relocation of pee tube/pipe

Hi all is I have read that it is possible to relocate the pee hose/pipe to help with water circulation and avoid air blocks, is there any diagrams showing how to do this and is it worthwhile?
My exit pipe comes out the port side bottom of the engine around the back of the engine and out the bottom side,where it comes out the engine there is a little block with two pipes one going left which has a little cap on it and the other going right with the pee hose on it.

The service bulletin for this came out in 1994 !!!----The T in your line like was to supply water pressure to a gauge at the helm / steering station.-----I have those instructions.----But search online as many folks have found it that way !
