Evinrude 74 lark 50 hp float adjustment

Im cleaning my carbs right now !! But im not sure on witch side the floats are going ? I know they have to be level with the gasket. There's a dent on one side. Do i put the dent facing up ? Thanks

Yes. With the carb body inverted (upside down) the dent faces up. Don't foreget to put the new needle and seat in before adjusting float level.
