Evinrude 9.5 not getting any fuel

I've got a 1965 9.5 that hasn't been run since February. It was last run with a Stabil mix. Now it won't start. It fires up when I dump pre-mix in the carb, but that's it. The fuel pump is working, but the plugs are dry when I pull them. I've never experienced no fuel before with carb problems, usually its too much fuel. Any ideas? Thanks.

Check the float bowl for fuel - the float valve needle may be stuck. This happens frequently when there is no connecting spring clip between the needle and the float arm.
