Evinrude 90Hp boggs down with throttle

I have a 1982 90 HP motor that was running fine until the last time I went to get back to the ramp to beat the rain! I was cruising along and all of a sudden it just bogged down and would just basically idle along. If I give it throttle, it it does OK with slight throttle and if I give it more throttle it starts missing and has no power. I pulled the plugs and all 4 are wet with fuel. I put new plugs in and they are still fuel fouling. I am mixing at 50/1.<br /><br />I bought this boat 3 months ago and the previous owner ( a Fla. Woldlife officer) said that the motor was rebuilt about 7 years ago and punched out to about a 115Hp.
