Hi, I have an 1986 90hp evinrude, This Motor is making me going crazy, I have change power pack, coils, new sparks plugs, rebuilt carburetor, new thermostats and it still with the same problem, Motor runs excellent at WOT (5200RPM) as soon as I decrease power and try to go to Full throttle, motor will no past 3000 rpm, If I leave the throttle at WOT, the motor will start going faster and faster and faster until it riches 5200 rpm but it takes a really long time to get to 5200 rpm and I can run all days at 5200 rpm no a problem, My only problem is when I decrease power and to get the motor at WOT is takes a really long time, I did check for sparks on all 4 cylinders and the wore fine I also check compression and I got 140psi on all cylinders, When I took the sparks plugs out 3 wore dry and 1 was wet also The motor used 3 quarter of Fuel of a 20 gallon fuel tank in 2 hours Any idea please, I will really appreciated any help please<br />Thank you
