Year of manufacture for serial #25022-13408 ? Also, recommended manual for maintenance info?<br />Instructions call for setting speed controls prior to start but they seem to turn and turn until I could unscrew them altogether so I don't know where low and high positions might be- any thoughts on how to proceed? I could just go trial and error but I'm hoping some outboard expert has a better idea.
