vro 110 1986 worked fine all day 5200 rpm did some slow trolling then opened it up worked good then at the end of the day did some trolling then i shut down and drifted when i started it up only give me 3000rpm full throttle fuel blub has hard any ideas

Could be any number of things....you need to narrow down the possibilities.

Check the compression on each cylinder (100+ and within 10% of each other) and make sure you have good spark at each cylinder (spark needs to jump about 1/2 inch gap and be bright blue).

If both those check out ok, then I'd start looking for a fuel issue. When was the carb last cleaned/serviced?
