BG, cant help w your dilemma but please try to notice the date of the last post in a topic before posting. After 90days of inactivity, best to treat the inactive topics as library books: for research and not to be written in.

After over a year, its exceptionally unlikely you'd have gotten a reply in any of the 3 other topics you posted similar questions in.

Good luck w your quest

How did it break if it snapped in 1/2 use Marine Tex epoxy to to repair get the gray. If it stripped out have a machine shop make an insert to thread into it. Put up a pic of the damage.

It broke rite on the threads it is also hollow and has.rod running through it so it does not have a lot of glue surface I have it in drying now it may or may not hold. It's kinda risky if it does break. Also being its on the thread I'll have to run a thread maker over the threads.
I just can't believe there are not any available new or used. I am new to the iboats forum still trying to navigate but so far you all have been a great resource.
I'm hoping to have this boat up and going it's been a project and I am 1 part away from having it on the water

Flyingscotty >>>>Apparently they all break and as far as I can tell it was a bad manufacture part because they are all gone

I'm not familiar with the part you speak of but it appears it is threaded part with a hole in it. Buy a bolt of the appropriate size and drill a hole in it. If you are not capable of this then any machine shop can do it.

Try Sea-Way Marine. Their website says to call about that part. Ph# (425) 412-4006. Better be sitting down when they tell you the price.

I know of places where they throw motors out with that part on them.----Likely do not know of demand for it.
