Evinrude Engine Model Number

Help please. I have a Johnson/Evinrude US manual and my engine model number does not resemble anything in the manual!<br />The engine cover says it is a FASTTWIN 18 but the plate on the mounting bracket gives the model number as 25BA79R. Is this an export/European model number. I need to identify it wrt the manual I have as I am having timing problems.
