Evinrude etec Issue

Hello
I have a 2014 115hp Evinrude
I was out on the lake fishing for an hour yesterday , when I went to start the boat to leave the check engine light came on
Everything seemed fine so I thought I'd disconnect the battery and try the other battery
Started up no problem and got back
I took it out this morning and after 15 minutes of full throttle driving the motor chugged a bit and slowed down then sped back up
Any ideas would be appreciated

Personnally i would not eun it until its checked out. First step would be to run diagnostics and oull the codes. See why the light came on.
