Evinrude Model 15032
Year: 1960
HP: 18
Displacement: 22.0CID
WOT RPMS: 4500
Spark Plugs: Champion J4C (was J4J) gapped at .030
Fuel/Oil mix: 24:1 87 octane gas to TCW-3 rated outboard oil.

The 22.0CID engine had a long run from it's introduction in 1957 as a 18hp to when it was retired in the late-70s as a 25hp. With that kind of a legacy, it's gotta be a good engine!

Re: Evinrude Fastwin Year

Hiya & welcome...

Yours probably looks alot like my 25 hp... look here
old thread

you've already met Paul, he seems to have a soft spot for older OMC twins and has given me lots of info/help with mine... (thanks again Paul)

BTW when I pulled the flywheel on mine to change points/condensers I found a cracked coil... a fairly common prob for older motors in general, but easy to fix.

Good luck!

Brent
