Just inheritate an old Evinrude Fisherman serial #(looks like) 6202DJ01053.Is the 53 ending numbers the year ????????? Thx Skinny

The 6 in 6202 means 6hp, the 2 means 1972, the 0 means manual start, the last 2 means short shaft. The rest of it is consecutive serial number.
