evinrude information needed

is this engine vro? it is a 98 evinrude ocean pro 150.model no. e1 50fsxecr. serial no. go4535406.there in no vro tank with this engine & was wondering. it is a ficht fuel injection engine. also is it a long or short shaft? if you can tell by these numbers. thanks

cooney ,I believe motor is a ficht with 25" shaft.
