Posting for a friend.he has a140 hp evinrude..while on the water he broke down.he thought he ran out of gas,he had half tank.waited awhile motor starts right up.this happen 3 times before he got boat home.anyway he checked his compression.and on one side,it's reading nothing.put on new head gasket,same results.he poured oil down cycs and the rings are scraping oit of cyc walls.any body have idea what his problem is.thanks
