evinrude question

ok so im a newbie here and have a question that you may or may not be able to answer. i have a 1980ish 35hp evinrude and the part on the motor that mounts to the boat is trashed (the part that screws to the transom). is there any way or any where i can get a new one?

first find the year by telling us the model number.

then find your engine by year, hp and model number in the parts catalog
That will tell you the part number, its list price and if it is available.

Order from your dealer or hunt down a used part.
