evinrude sport twin problem

i have an old 10hp evinrude sport twin motor and after use a creamy liquid drips on the prop from the little fin that is just above and behind the the prop i would like to know what is wrong or if that is normal. i checked the leg oil and it is good.

Welcome to iboats!
Perfectly normal, it's residue of unburned fuel and water. You'll see more of it if you do a lot of slow trolling. Running the motor at high rpm's helps purge the exhaust leg of the deposits and it should drip less.

You will notice this especially when running on muffs in the yard.
