Hi there ! i have a Evinrude 15HP outboard that used to be setuped on a boat as a trolling motor but it still have the steering arm and assembly. My motor is a 1994 Evinrude 15HP E15RERE.<br />The throttle cable is already installed but was not used and was still attached to the inside of the motor with a tie-wrap. i would need a picture of where and how the cable attaches to the motor.
