hello i've got a problem with my trim and tilt on my 1983 115 evinrude. when i hit the switch all i get is a click from the relays in the junction box. it does the same in both directions. if i keep playing with the switch sometimes it will catch and move. i don't think it's the trim switch because i have three of them and it does the same thing with all the switches. the battery is strong enough to turn the motor over so i don't think it's because of a low battery, but i could be wrong. any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.
